Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Stars AAA Hockey Program, proud members of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAT1HL) and the Tier I Hockey Federation (T1HF), will return to the ice this upcoming weekend, Feb 14 - 17, for exciting AAA hockey action as they continue to celebrate the Star's 40th season.

The Star’s U18, U16, U15, U14, U13 Red and U12 teams will all be in Troy, MI, for the NAPHL T1ER Dixon Cup Playoffs this holiday weekend.

The U18 AAA Midget Major Pittsburgh Stars will kick-off their Dixon Cup Playoffs on Friday, Feb 14, 6:00 p.m., as they play the Madison Capitols. On Saturday, Feb 15, the Stars Midget Major squad will face the Wasatch Renegades. The 18U Stars will close round-robin play on Sunday, Feb 16, 9:30 a.m., as they face the Philadelphia Hockey Club. Semi-finals and consolation games will be held Sunday evening. And the NAPHL T1ER 18U Dixon Cup Championship will be played on Monday, Feb 17 (President’s Day) at 1:00 p.m. All games will be held at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy.

The U16 AAA Midget Major Pittsburgh Stars will kick-off their Dixon Cup Playoffs on Friday, Feb 14, 12:30 p.m., as they play the Vegas Jr Knights. On Saturday, Feb 15, the Stars Midget Minor squad will take to the ice twice. First up will be a 9:30 a.m. match-up with the New Jersey Titans. Then at 6:00 p.m. they will close round-robin play as they face the Seattle Kraken. Semi-finals and consolation games will be held Sunday evening. And the NAPHL T1ER 16U Dixon Cup Championship will be played on Monday, Feb 17 at 11:00 a.m. All games will be held at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy.

The U15 AAA Midget Major Pittsburgh Stars will kick-off their Dixon Cup Playoffs on Friday, Feb 14, with a pair of round-robin games. At 10:00 a.m., they will play the Tri-State Spartans at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy, MI. Then at 4:00 p.m., the U15 Stars will face the Philadelphia Little Flyers at 4:00 p.m. at the Suburban Ice Arena in Rochester. On Saturday, Feb 15, the Stars will close round-robin play as they face the Orange Co Ice Dogs at 2:15 p.m. back at the Suburban Ice Arena in Rochester. Semi-finals and consolation games will be held Sunday evening at Suburban Ice. And the NAPHL T1ER 15U Dixon Cup Championship will be played on Monday, Feb 17 at 9:00 a.m. back at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy.

The U14 AAA Bantam Major Pittsburgh Stars will kick-off their Dixon Cup Playoffs on Friday, Feb 14, 11:15 a.m., as they play the Seattle Kraken. On Saturday, Feb 15, the Stars Bantam Major squad will take to the ice twice. First up will be an 8:00 a.m. match-up with the Tri-State Spartans. Then at 3:00 p.m. they will close round-robin play as they face the Philadelphia Little Flyers. Semi-finals and consolation games will be held Sunday evening. All round-robin, consolation and semi-final games will be held at the Suburban Ice Arena in Rochester. The NAPHL T1ER 14U Dixon Cup Championship will be played on Monday, Feb 17 at 12:30 p.m. back at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy.

The U13 Red AAA Bantam Minor Pittsburgh Stars will kick-off their Dixon Cup Playoffs on Friday, Feb 14, 9:45 a.m., as they play Car Shield AAA at Suburban Ice in Rochester, MI. On Saturday, Feb 15, the Stars Bantam Minor squad will match-up with Omaha Mastery at 12:00 p.m., at Suburban Ice. On Sunday, Feb 16, the 13U Stars will play the Vegas Golden Knights at 8:30 a.m. at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy, MI. Then on Monday, Feb 17, the Bantam Stars will play the Oakland Grizzlies, 7:00 a.m., at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy. The NAPHL T1ER 13U Dixon Cup Championship will be played on Monday, Feb 17 at 1:15 p.m. back at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy.

The U12 Red AAA Pee Wee Major Pittsburgh Stars will kick-off their Dixon Cup Playoffs on Friday, Feb 14, 8:30 a.m., as they play the Tri-State Spartans at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy, MI. On Saturday, Feb 15, the Stars Pee Wee Major squad will match-up with the Vegas Golden Knights at 11:30 a.m. at Suburban Ice in Rochester, MI. On Sunday, Feb 16, the 12U Stars will play the Hartland Huskies at 8:00 a.m. back at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena. On Monday, Feb 17, the Pee Wee Stars will play the Sylvania North Stars, 7:30 a.m., at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena. The NAPHL T1ER 13U Dixon Cup Championship will be played on Monday, Feb 17 at 1:00 p.m. back at the Buffalo Wild Wings Arena in Troy.

The U13 White AAA Bantam Minor Pittsburgh Stars will be in Trenton, MI, for the MYHockey Hockeytown Presidential Power Play Tournament, Feb 15 - 17. The Bantam Minor Stars open tournament play on Saturday against the U14 Royal Oaks Eagles at 3:20 p.m. Then at 8:20 p.m., the Stars will face the U14 St Claire Shores. On Sunday, the Stars will close round-robin play against the U14 Canton Wolves at 3:20 p.m. The tournament’s semi-final games will be held Sunday evening and the Tournament championship game will take place on Monday at 11:20 a.m. All games will be played at the Kennedy Recreation Center in Trenton, MI.
