Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Stars AAA Hockey Program, proud members of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAT1HL) and the Tier I Hockey Federation (T1HF), will return to the ice this upcoming weekend, Oct 31 – Nov 3, for an exciting AAA hockey showcase and league action as they celebrate the program's 41st season.

The U18 and U16 Pittsburgh Stars will be off to Blaine, MN, and National Sports Center (NSC) Super Rink for the North American Tier I Hockey League (NAT1HL) Blaine - II Showcase, Oct 31 – Nov 3.

The U16 AAA Midget Minor Pittsburgh Stars will open the Showcase on Friday, Oct 31, with a 2:00 p.m. faceoff against Biggby Hockey (MI). The 16U Stars return to the ice Friday evening, 8:30 p.m., to face the Indiana Elite 16U squad. On Saturday, Nov 1, the Midget Minor Stars will take on the Madison (WI) Capitols at 3:15 p.m. The U16 Stars will close Showcase play on Sunday, Nov 2, with a 10:00 a.m. game against Team Wisconsin’s U16 team. All Showcase games will be played at the NSC Sports Center in Blaine, MN.

The U18 AAA Midget Minor Pittsburgh Stars will open the (NAT1HL) Blaine - II Showcase on Saturday, Nov 1, with a 2:00 p.m. faceoff against the Colorado Rampage. The U18 Stars return to the ice on Saturday evening, 9:15 p.m., to face the Nashville (TN) Jr Predators U18 squad. On Sunday, Nov 2, the Midget Major Stars will take on the San Jose Jr Sharks at 4:00 p.m. The U18 Stars will close Showcase play on Monday, Nov 3, with a 10:00 a.m. game against Belle Tire’s (MI) U18 team. All Showcase games will be played at the NSC Sports Center in Blaine, MN.

Additionally, the U13 AAA Bantam Minor Pittsburgh Stars will welcome the U13 Pittsburgh Predators to the Pittsburgh Ice Arena in New Kensington, PA, on Sunday, Nov 2, for a 9:00 a.m. game.

Both the U14 Bantam Major Stars and U15 Midget Minor Stars will enjoy a scheduled off-weekend.
