Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Stars AAA Hockey Program, proud members of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAT1HL) and the Tier I Hockey Federation (T1HF), will return to the ice this upcoming weekend, Nov 14 – 16, for an exciting AAA hockey showcase and league action as they continue to celebrate the program's 41st season.

Most of the Star’s teams will be heading west to participate in Showcase and Tournament action in Michigan this week, while the U18 Midget Major Stars return to the friendly confines of Pittsburgh Ice Arena for a home weekend.

The U13 Bantam Minor Stars & U14 Bantam Major Stars will be in the greater Detroit-area to participate in the Exposure Cup – Detroit, presented by SuperSeries AAA Hockey, Nov 14 – 16.

The U13 Bantam Minor Stars will open the 2025 Exposure Cup – Detroit with a pair of games on Friday, Nov 14. First up will be a 7:45 a.m. faceoff with Victory Honda. They return to the ice on Friday at 1:15 p.m. to face the Carolina Jr Hurricanes. On Saturday, Nov 15, the Bantam Minor Stars return to the ice for a pair of games. At 8:00 a.m. they will square-off with the Dallas Penguins. Then at 5:00 p.m. they close round-robin play with a 5:00 p.m. faceoff with the Sylvania North Stars. The U13 Bantam Minor Championship game is set for Sunday, Nov 16, at 10:15 a.m. All games in the U13 Bantam Minor Division will be played at the Hazel Park Arena in Hazel Park, MI.

The U14 Bantam Major Stars will open the Exposure Cup – Detroit with a pair of games on Friday, Nov 14. First up will be a 10:45 a.m. faceoff with the Cincinnati Cyclones. They return to the ice on Friday at 5:45 p.m. to face the Carolina Jr Hurricanes. On Saturday, Nov 15, the Bantam Major Stars will close round-robin play with an 11:15 a.m. faceoff with the Florida Surf. The U14 Bantam Major semi-final games will be conducted Saturday evening, times and opponents to be determined. The U14 Bantam Major Championship game is set for Sunday, Nov 16, at 10:45 a.m. All games in the U14 Bantam Major Division will be played at the Hartland Ice House in Hartland, MI.

The U15 Midget Minor Stars and U16 Midget Minor Stars will be in Kalamazoo, MI, to participate in the Western Michigan University Showcase at the home of the defending NCAA Div I National Champion Western Michigan University Broncos, Nov 14 – 16.

The U15 AAA Midget Minor Pittsburgh Stars will open their Western Michigan University Showcase with a pair of games on Friday, Nov 14. First up will be an 8:00 a.m. faceoff with the Oakland Jr Grizzlies. They return to the ice at 3:00 p.m. to face the Windsor Jr Spitfires. Both Friday games will be at the Wings Event Center in Kalamazoo. On Friday, the U15 Stars will return to the ice for a pair of games to close out their schedule at the Western Michigan University Showcase. First up will be a 7:45 a.m. faceoff against Team Illinois. Then at 1:30 p.m., they will face the Southern Tier Admirals. Both Saturday games will be played at the Lawson Arena, home of the Western Michigan University Broncos.

The U16 AAA Midget Minor Pittsburgh Stars will open their Western Michigan University Showcase with a 1:40 p.m. faceoff on Friday, Nov 14, with the Okanagan Hockey Academy at the Lawson Arena, home of the Western Michigan University Broncos. They return to the ice on Saturday, Nov 15, at 2:30 p.m. to face Little Caesars U16 AAA squad at the Wings Event Center. On Sunday, Nov 16, the Stars U16 squad will conclude the Showcase with a pair of games. First up will be an 8:00 a.m. opening faceoff with the Oakland Jr Grizzlies, back at the Wings Event Center. They then conclude the Showcase at 2:00 p.m. against Team Illinois back at the Lawson Arena, home of the Western Michigan University Broncos.

The U18 AAA Midget Major Pittsburgh Stars will return to the friendly confines of Pittsburgh Ice Arena as they welcome the South Hills Panthers AAA squad for a weekend pair of games. On Saturday, Nov 15, the two midget-major squads will face-off at 6:00 p.m. The two Midget Major squads will then close the weekend two-game series with a 9:00 a.m. faceoff on Sunday, Nov 16.
