Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Stars AAA Hockey Program, proud members of the Tier I Hockey Federation (T1HF) and the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAT1HL) return to action this upcoming week, Jan 16 – 19, 2026, for exciting AAA hockey action as they continue to celebrate the program's 41st season.

The Pittsburgh Stars Bantam Minor (U13) and Bantam Major (U14) squads will head east to Philadelphia for the Tier I Hockey Federation (T1HF) – Philadelphia Showcase, Jan 17 - 19..

The U13 AAA Bantam Minor Pittsburgh Stars will open the THF-Philadelphia Showcase on Saturday, Jan 17, against Seacoast Academy at 5:00 p.m. On Sunday, Jan 18, the Bantam Minor Stars will hit the ice twice. First up will be a 9:00 a.m. game with the Jersey Hitmen. Then at 4:40 p.m. they will square-off with the Palmyra Black Knights. The Stars will close the Showcase at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, Jan 19, against the Hartford Jr Wolfpack. All of the 13U Star’s games will be played at the Revolution Ice Gardens in Warminster, PA.

The U14 AAA Bantam Minor Pittsburgh Stars will open the THF-Philadelphia Showcase on Saturday, Jan 17, against the Queen City Royals at 5:20 p.m. at the Bucks Co Sports Center in Warminster. On Sunday, Jan 18, the Bantam Major Stars will hit the ice twice. First up will be a 10:40 a.m. game with the Chicago Phantoms. Then at 6:30 p.m. they will square-off with the Palmyra Black Knights. The Stars will close the Showcase at 7:20 a.m. on Monday, Jan 19, against the PAL Jr Islanders. The final three games will be played at the Revolution Ice Gardens in Warminster, PA.

The U16 and U18 Midget Stars will have a home-and-home weekend with Gilmour Academy.

The U16 AAA Midget Minor Pittsburgh Stars will open the home-and-home weekend against Gilmour with a Saturday evening, 6:00 p.m., game at Gilmour Academy in Gates Mills, OH. The two 16U squads close the two-game series with a Sunday, 10:50 a.m., tilt at Pittsburgh Ice Arena.

And the U18 AAA Midget Major Pittsburgh Stars open the home-and-home weekend against Gilmour Friday evening, 8:30 p.m., at the Pittsburgh Ice Arena. The two 18U squads close the two-game series with a Saturday, 8:00 p.m., tilt at Gilmour Academy.

The U15 AAA Midget Minor Pittsburgh Stars will enjoy a scheduled weekend off.
