Pittsburgh, PA - The Pittsburgh Stars AAA Hockey Program, proud members of the North American Prospects Hockey League (NAT1HL) and the Tier I Hockey Federation (T1HF) return to action this upcoming week, Jan 29 – Feb 1, 2026, for exciting AAA hockey action as they continue to celebrate the program's 41st season.

The U15 AAA Midget Minor Pittsburgh Stars will kick-off this week’s action as they head to Florida to participate in the Florida Exposure Cup Tournament, Jan 29 – Feb 1. They will open tournament play on Thursday, Jan 29, 2:15 p.m., against the Jersey Hitmen at the Ice Den in Coral Springs, FL. The U15 Stars return to the ice for a pair of games on Friday, Jan 30. First up will be a battle with Mountain King Academy at 8:15 a.m. at the Ice Den. Then at 1:00 p.m. they will square-off with the Rochester Coalition at the Boca Ice & Fine Arts Center in Boca Raton. The Stars U15 squad will close out round-robin play on Saturday, Jan 31, 11:30 a.m., back at the Ice Den against Compuware. The U15 Division Semi-final games will be played Saturday evening with winners advancing to the Tournament Championship Game, set for Sunday, Feb 1, at 11:15 a.m. at the Ice Den.

The U16 AAA Midget Minor Pittsburgh Stars will travel north to Rochester, NY, for the NAT1HL – Rochester Showcase Jan 30 – Feb 1. The Stars’ 16U squad will open the Showcase on Friday, Jan 30, with a pair of games. First up will be a battle against the Lincoln Stars at 10:00 a.m. Then at 6:00 p.m. they will square-off with the Buffalo Jr Sabres. On Saturday, Jan 31, the Stars squad will face BK Selects at 12:00 p.m. They will close out the Showcase on Sunday, Feb 1, 9:45 a.m., against the SHAHA Panthers. All Showcase games will be played at the Rochester Ice Center in Rochester, NY.

The U18 AAA Midget Major Pittsburgh Stars will also travel north to Rochester for the NAT1HL – Rochester Showcase. The Stars’ U18 squad will open the Showcase on Friday, Jan 30, 12:00 p.m., against the Lincoln Stars. Then on Saturday, the Stars’ Midget Major team will return to the ice for a pair of games. First up will be a battle against the Elmira Jr Aviators Academy at 7:30 a.m. Then at 1:30 p.m. they will square-off with the Philadelphia Jr Flyers. They will close out the Showcase on Sunday, Feb 1, 1:45 p.m., against the Ohio Prospects.

Meanwhile, the U14 AAA Bantam Major Pittsburgh Stars) will welcome Team Maryland to Pittsburgh, Sunday, Feb 1. Opening faceoff is set for 10:00 a.m.

And the U13 AAA Bantam Minor Pittsburgh Stars) will have a home-and-home series with the Pittsburgh Vengeance. On Friday the two Bantam Minor squads will faceoff at 8:30 p.m. at Pittsburgh Ice Arena. Then on Sunday the two U13 squads will take to the ice at the Alpha Ice Complex, in Harmar, PA, at 12:30 p.m.
